This may sound kinda retarded to some of you more experienced riders, and thats what I'm counting on.  I've heard story after story about riders hi-side/lo-side, having to ditch etc etc.  Perhaps all you senior riders could get together and compare notes and maybe make some kind of list or how-to type thing about how to take a fall.  Something like 'if you know you're going down, try to keep on your back and stablize your slide with your arms/legs..'.  That was just a thought, but with new riders (and some seasoned riders), they might find that useful information (assuming of course you can control the onset of panic).  Ya never know, with all of your combined years of crash & burn experience, you may save someone else some broken bones or their life.

I'd like to know how to properly store your bike for the winter.. I don't think I should store my bike in the shed for the winter as my shed isn't properly insulated, I'm thinking of bringing the bike in the house as I know a lot of people who have done that. I'd like to leave it out of I could but not sure what to do with it.. so winterising instructions would help. thanks.

Keep your arms in. Thats really all you can try to do, the rest of it is in the hands of physics. The only other way to get good at crashing is to do it a lot.

But pull out the battery first and add a bit of fuel stabilizer after making sure it is full of fuel. (will not condensate when full). Then your good.

Tutorial for doing a chain/sprocket swap & adjustment.  Lots of people put a 520 conversion on their bikes with different gearing.
But do they adjust the chain properly... or clean/lube the chain properly afterwards?
(People looking to do their own gearing or chain change should really invest in a GOOD chain tool and a simple set of alignment tools.)
